We work with innovators of new technologies and business models, with corporate, finance and philanthropic leaders seeking to align operations, resources and capital, and with governments and multilateral leaders to develop, accelerate and scale solutions for the world we need. We bring to our partners a track record of deep policy, legal, communications, business, philanthropy and investment experience and impact.

We Collaborate

We partner with visionary leaders to turn aspiration into impact to achieve the world we need.

We Ideate

We shape transformative initiatives by convening our diverse community from government, industry, investment, philanthropy, and media.

We Activate

We align efforts, mobilize resources, and empower all to build the world we need.

Innovators: Scaling solutions

We collaborate with innovators to scale solutions for the world we need. We provide strategic guidance on markets, growth, and regulations; we build and oversee plans to operationally integrate environmental and social goals including carbon neutral strategies; and we open doors to potential collaborators, strategic partners, and capital.

Investors & Philanthropists: Mobilizing impact capital

We collaborate with investors and philanthropists, ensuring grants and investments lead to optimal impact. Leveraging our deep expertise and broad network, Christensen Global sources investment opportunities, ranging from policy advocacy to public engagement, from seed-stage technologies to resilient infrastructure.

Industries: Turning aspiration into impact

We collaborate with revolutionary industry leaders to bring vision to reality, to reach science-based targets to rebalance our planetary systems, to deliver on the Sustainable Development Goals and to account for social and environmental wellbeing.

  • We match assets to what the world needs

  • We identify material social and environmental drivers to mitigate risks and maximize opportunities

  • We develop impact collaboratives, building powerful partnerships

  • We support executive leaders to accelerate impact

  • We shape advisory boards and identify potential board members to support the integration of social and environmental factors into organizational priorities and results

Public-Private Partnerships: Bridging the gap

Government policies that provide the right signals will unleash private capital and other resources at speed and scale for an equitable, secure, and restorative world. We collaborate with government and multilateral leaders, and public-private partnerships by providing strategy, making new connections, and shaping narratives to engage new partners and inspire the public.

  • We build collaboratives among governments with businesses and other key stakeholders to align action to accelerate impact

  • We develop policy strategy to tap into political windows of opportunity for progress

  • We communicate what matters and why, sharing stories that ripple impact far beyond

FEATURED CLIENTS

Christensen Global is lending our expertise to help our clients to scale climate solutions by guiding net zero strategy, stakeholder engagement and sharing a network deep, wide and strong, we are partners for the decisive decade. From innovators in food systems, building technologies and fin tech to some of the largest organizations in the world, we focus where it matters.

Christensen Global is collaborating with the Mastercard Foundation’s Center for Inclusive Growth to leverage our expertise and network, to conduct research to advance climate-smart inclusive growth for small businesses, particularly those in emerging economies, through greater resilience through climate mitigation and adaptation to climate impacts.

The Mastercard Impact Fund has undertaken research and funded research, convenings and projects at the intersection of climate change and inclusive growth, as climate change adverse impacts are often most acutely felt by those traditionally economically disadvantaged.

Christensen Global is conducting stakeholder interviews that will contribute to a gap analysis and guide our production of a blueprint for action aimed at engaging and creating opportunity for small businesses in the face of a changing climate.

Christensen Global is partnering to support the goals of the Mobile Bay National Estuary Program (MBNEP) to advance resilience in coastal Alabama and with opportunities for sustainable and equitable economic development. MBNEP, a division of the Dauphin Island Sea Lab, Alabama's Marine Research and Education Center, is part of the EPA Estuaries and National Estuary Program (NEP), a unique and voluntary program established in 1987 under the Clean Water Act Amendments. Using an ecosystem-based management program, NEP works to restore and maintain the water quality and ecological integrity of estuaries of national significance.

Our role is to work with MBNEP to identify environmental, economic, and social risks that we can mitigate and new opportunities, especially for ports, to benefit the coastal Alabama region and beyond. We’re doing this by conducting research, convening experts and leaders, and identifying strategic approaches to advance sustainable, equitable, and resilient growth to attract new, aligned investment and industries to the region.

Since April 2023, Christensen Global has collaborated with The Russell Family Foundation (TRFF) to advance its impact through its Catalytic Climate Finance initiative and philanthropic leadership to achieve net zero by 2030 for all assets and reduce greenhouse gas emissions across investments, consistent with the Paris Agreement. We leveraged the Sun Valley Forum to advance the foundation’s goals, convening subject matter experts in a Multiplier Effect session to refine the key strategic components for catalytic climate implementation.

To inform TRFF’s Catalytic Climate Finance initiative, we conducted desk as well as primary

qualitative research through internal TRFF-affiliated interviews and external interviews and desk research of experts, financial advisers, managers, and leading TRFF peer organizations McConnell Foundation, the McKnight Foundation,  the Rockefeller Brothers Fund and Sierra Club Foundation.

To help develop and implement the strategic communication and engagement for the Foundation’s catalytic climate finance initiative, we managed a communications RFP process that selected Climate Advisers, a firm with deep climate finance expertise to collaborate with to advance TRFF’s goals.
