Chris Chafe is an entrepreneur, campaigner, strategist, and advisor to start up, mid market, and fortune 500 companies, private equity firms, labor unions, NGO’s, and policy leaders at many levels of government. Chris started a near 30 year career as a labor organizer in the American South and has built knowledge and success across the USA and Asia. Chris has been a political director, legislative director, chief of staff, and Executive Director of US labor unions and the Change to Win federation when it represented 6.2 million workers. He has founded a non-profit and two successful consulting firms as well as success raising capital as a registered representative. Chris embraces innovation and disruption that results in better practices in alignment with worker rights and planetary health. Chris brings to Christensen Global his deep labor and political expertise and passion for justice.
